A Taste of Iberica Restaurant

Michelin-starred Chef Nacho Manzano is set to bring a delicious selection of seasonal, authentic Spanish tapas cuisine to Canary Wharf as Iberica opens its second food and culture site in Cabot Square.

Serving a mixture of traditional classics with modern, innovative tapas dishes, Iberica showcases the very best of produce and wine that Spain has to offer. Enjoy classic dishes, such as Jamon Iberico, along with signature dishes including Manzano’s Iberica burger with Secreto pork loin and piparras peppers, fried chorizo lollypops with pear aioli, or fried monkfish in olive oil and lemon, all designed by Manzano and his protégé Cesar Garcia. The dishes are served alongside an array of boutique Spanish wines which have not previously been exported outside the country.
